Heat-sealable Polyester Film

Biaxially oriented coextruded film, in one side polyester heat-sealable film on the other side crown treatment.
The amorphous sealing layer, seals CPET, APET, BOPET, glass, paper and cardboard.
The crown treatment on the reverse helps the adhesion of the ink for printing.
The film complies with EC directives for food contact applications.
Thanks to the excellent qualities of the film with the temperature (from the freezer to the oven) this is used for double usability, in the ready-made meal market both as a cover film and a bag.
The product can be taken from the freezer, and then baked in an oven or microwave.

It is also an excellent barrier for aroma, ideal for packaging fire-lighter bags, hygienic deodorants, etc.
Available in thicknesses of 12, 15, 20, 25 and 30 microns and a wide range of widths.

Peelable and Sealable Polyester Film

Bisally oriented polyester oriented film, heat-sealable on one side and peelable with crown treatment on the opposite side.
We supply this product in two levels of sealing force.
The crown treatment on the reverse helps the adhesion of the ink for printing.
The film complies with EC directives for food contact applications.

Generally used as a neutral or molded detachable cover film.
For various applications (microwave freezer or oven) or for lidding fresh products and other products.

Available in thicknesses 21 and 25 microns and in a wide range of widths.

Milky White Polyester Film

Bisally oriented film of milky white color, suitable as an insulating material for electrical and industrial applications. This film has superior thermal properties compared to a standard BOPET.

Available in a thickness range of 125, 190, 250 and 350 micron.

Chemically Treated Polyester Film

Biaxially oriented film with a chemically treated side in the production process with acrylic treatment.
Pre-treatment (chemical coating) provides excellent adhesion to printing ink and laminated adhesives.
The film complies with EC directives for food contact applications.

The main applications are for printing and lamination.

A common benefit is the better definition of color, and the quality of printing in the area of hot welding of packages, even with metallic colors
